We are proud of our service and strive to get it right. If you have any concerns, please raise them with your account manager and they will work with you to put it right. Alternatively, if you have a complaint about the service you’ve received from Manawa Energy, please email or write to us. We value that you choose Manawa Energy and will try to quickly resolve any problem. Your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days, and we endeavour to resolve complaints within 20 working days.

Utilities Disputes Limited

Utilities Disputes provide a free and independent dispute resolution service to help consumers to resolve electricity, gas and water complaints with their provider. If you feel your complaint has not been resolved properly by Manawa Energy, you can contact Utilities Disputes Limited (UDL). Utilities Disputes Limited is an independent organisation that specialises in resolving complaints in a fair way, at no cost to the customer.
