Manawa Energy Limited came into effect on 1 May 2022. Prior to this, the company traded as Trustpower Limited, which is why documentation published before this date will relate to Trustpower Limited. The Trustpower name and retail brand was acquired by a competitor and was retired in 2023.

Manawa Energy has unsubordinated bonds and subordinated bonds on issue, with a total face value of over $400 million. Our bonds are traded on the New Zealand Debt Market (NZDX), with interest paid quarterly to bond holders.
